WICTA - The Women in Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia Subcommittee - is launching a mentoring scheme for women in CT anaesthesia.
This is a pilot scheme aimed at providing mentoring for women in all stages of their career.
We are looking for women to come forward as mentors (of all levels), training will be provided, there will be an expectation of a year’s mentoring with four sessions taking place. There is no need to be an ACTACC member.
We are also looking for women who would like a mentor, this can be at any stage of your career, so please share with residents who may not be ACTACC members.
