This webinar is being run by WICTA UK, a new special interest group of ACTACC aiming to encourage women in cardiothoracic anaesthesia. The webinar will feature talks from prominent women in the speciality about their career course and problems they have faced, and will serve as the launch of the WICTA UK mentoring scheme, a pilot scheme in which we hope to link women in varying stages of their career with mentors.
