Professor of Cardiovascular Anaesthesia, London
Gudrun Kunst (UK) trained at Heidelberg University Hospital (Germany) and the Royal Brompton Hospital in London (UK). She is a Consultant Anaesthetist at King’s College Hospital and Honorary Professor of Cardiovascular Anaesthesia at King’s College London. Nationally she is the ACTACC President-elect and the Grant Officer of the National Institute of Academic Anaesthesia (NIAA), and internationally, the Scientific Chair of the European Association of Cardiothoracic Anaesthesiologists and Intensive Care (EACTAIC). She was awarded the Royal College of Anaesthetists Macintosh Professorship for Anaesthesia in 2019.
